📣 Before we begin please make sure you have installed WooCommerce and Woo Product Audit. Download the Woo Product Audit plugin from my account, install and activate the license.
Review and Update your Products with the Woo Product Audit Plugin
Bulk Update Product Data
- Go to the Product Audit Tab
From your WordPress Dashboard go to WooCommerce > Status and then click on the Product Audit Tab.
The product audit tab will give you a quick look at list of all the tests that are run on the products, information on their importance and the number of Products and Product Variations effected.
- Export the Audit Results
Select the audit results for the issue you would like to resolve by clicking the Export Data button.
The Export Data button downloads the effected product data in the WooCommerce Product Import/Export CSV format. - Update the Product Data Spreadsheet
Open the Product Data CSV and update the empty column with the missing product data.

- Import the Updated Product Data
Once you have updated the CSV you can save and import it.
Navigate to All Products > Products.
To import the data we will use the WooCommerce Product Import that is included in core.
- Upload the CSV
Click on the Import button at the top.
The Upload CSV File screen displays.
Select Choose File and the CSV you wish you use.
- Update Exiting Products
Make sure to tick the checkbox to Update Existing Products. This will use the IDs and/or SKUs of products you wish to update from the CSV to match and update products in your shop.
- Review and Map the columns
The Column Mapping screen displays and WooCommerce automatically attempts to match or “map” the Column Name from your CSV to Fields.
Review to make sure they are all set properly before continuing.
- Run the Import
Click on the Run the Importer button.
Wait until the Importer is finished. Do not refresh or navigate away from this page while the import is in progress.
